Opportunity to intervene in disruptive behaviors JOB OBJECTIVE Provide direct behavioral support to a minor with ASD within the school environment, focusing on: * Impulse regulation * Prevention of risk behaviors * Instruction following * Functional integration into school activities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Continuous behavioral monitoring. * Identification of behavioral triggers * Application of structured boundaries Avoid behaviors such as: * Throwing objects * Spilling liquids * Impulsive behaviors toward others. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, Special Education or related field) * Acceptable: Demonstrable experience in child behavioral management (even without a bachelor’s degree) * Experience working with children with ASD or disruptive behaviors * Experience in direct behavioral intervention * Preferred experience as a shadow monitor WORK CONDITIONS * Pay: $750 MXN per day * Schedule: 5 hours (10:00 to 15:00\) * Frequency: 1 day per week (Tuesday) Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $3,500\.00 per month Expected hours: 5 per week Work location: On-site employment
