Preventive approach and problem resolution under pressure. **Operational Security Head** **Job Summary** We are seeking an Operational Security Head with executive protection responsibilities, tasked with ensuring the safety of facilities, assets, and executives. This position combines leadership of security personnel, operational control, and strategic support when required. It is a key role demanding high judgment, rapid response capability, absolute discretion, and decision-making under pressure. We seek a candidate with experience in asset security and protection, leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a preventive mindset. **\>Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate security personnel under your authority. * Access control and facility protection. * Physical inspection and search of vehicles (pat-downs). * Executive escort and protection when required. * Safe and preventive driving. * Pension management and physical asset control. * Support in physical asset appraisals. * Incident logging and reporting. * Implementation and supervision of security protocols. **\> Requirements** * Proven experience in asset security or executive protection. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Valid driver's license and experience in defensive driving. * High judgment, rapid response capability, and problem-solving skills. * Discretion and confidential handling of information. * Excellent physical condition. * Availability for on-site work and mobility. * Experience handling firearms (desirable and subject to current regulations).
