




At Recopos, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in collections call centers, results-oriented, team leadership skills, and a track record of meeting operational goals. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing daily operations, ensuring team performance and achievement of objectives. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise telephone collections teams. Ensure achievement of recovery targets and operational KPIs. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, attendance). Support training and provide feedback to operational staff. Resolve daily operational and administrative issues. Collaborate closely with team leaders and internal departments. Prepare reports on results and progress. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a coordinator, supervisor, or similar role in a collections call center. Experience managing operational staff. Knowledge of call center metrics. Leadership, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure. Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. Availability to work near Metro Cuatro Caminos.
