With offices in Mexico City, we connect international manufacturers with lighting design firms, architects, interior designers, distributors, and end customers across Mexico. Our work combines specification development, technical and commercial support, training, workshops, live presentations, and participation in industry events. All with one clear objective: ensuring that the brands we represent have well-supported projects, transparent processes, and greater business opportunities in the Mexican market. **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized and reliable **Customer Service Representative** to support our daily operations and project pipeline. This is not a call center role. You will serve as the operational backbone of our sales efforts: ensuring quotes are sent, orders are tracked, deliveries are followed up on, and every client receives clear and timely information. If you enjoy checklists, follow-ups, and seeing items move from “pending” to “done,” this role is for you. **What You’ll Do** * Respond to customer, dealer, and specifier inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a clear, professional, and timely manner. * Track quotes, purchase orders, and deliveries, ensuring all data is accurate and updated in our systems. * Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics partners, and the internal team to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, open issues, and project status (CRM, spreadsheets, shared folders). * Proactively follow up on missing information, approvals, payments, and delivery dates to prevent delays. * Escalate critical or complex issues to management with clear context and documentation. * Prepare simple reports, summaries, and supporting materials for internal and client meetings. * Collect feedback from clients and partners and share it with the team to improve our service and processes. **What You Bring** * 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or project coordination. * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through to resolution. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy with data, and a high sense of ownership. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment. * Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and office productivity software. * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required. * Experience in **lighting**, **architecture**, **design**, or the **construction industry** is a strong plus, but not mandatory. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to work closely with premium international lighting brands and top design firms in Mexico. * A key operational role where your work directly impacts our projects and client satisfaction. * Growth opportunities into more senior roles in operations, project management, or sales support.
