We are looking for a Logistics Manager. Requirements: \* Industrial or Automotive Engineering degree \* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Objective: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all collection and distribution trips, aiming for maximum efficiency. Some of the activities to be performed: \* Replace staff members due to absences. \* Generate reports on vehicle entries and exits. \* Coordinate cleaning activities. \* Review cleaning activities for vehicles and the cleaning area. \* Schedule vehicle maintenance downtime. \* Optimize the use of the vehicle fleet. \* Notify workers of charges for breakdowns and/or negligence. \* Ensure correct delivery and receipt of vehicles. \* Conduct appropriate inspections of vehicles (aesthetic and mechanical) and generate the corresponding records. \* Ensure compliance with the maintenance program for diesel and gasoline vehicles. \* Monitor fuel efficiency. \* Generate and manage material and supply requisitions required for fleet operations. \* Verify that duplicate vehicle keys are available. \* Conduct cash inventory counts. Skills: \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \* Database management skills. \* Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution. \* Basic mechanical knowledge. \* Personnel management (effective leadership). \* Mechanical maintenance.
