Company engaged in the restaurant industry WE ARE LOOKING FOR: **QUALITY AND INVENTORY AUDITOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * · **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Gastronomic Administration, Food Engineering, or related field. * · **Experience:** 1–3 years in Cost Auditing, Warehouse A&B, or Cost Control roles in high-volume hospitality/restaurant settings. * · **Technical Knowledge:** * o Proficiency in Inventory Software (e.g., Micros, SAP, Oracle, Soft Restaurant). * o NMX-F-605-NORMEX regulation (H Distinction). * o Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, reconciliation formulas). * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **1\. Inventory and Cost Auditing (60% of time)** * · Physical Inventories: Conduct cyclic counts and audits in warehouses, cold rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. * · Variance Analysis: Reconcile physical stock versus system (theoretical) records and report shortages or overages. * · Standard Recipe Control: Audit portioning during service and recipe compliance to prevent cost overruns. * · Waste Supervision: Record, classify, and analyze causes of waste (operational vs. expiration). * · Purchase Verification: Confirm received supplies match invoices in weight, quantity, and price. * **2\. Hygiene Management and H Distinction (40% of time)** * · Critical Point Verification: Monitor receiving, storage, and service temperatures. * · Logbook Control: Audit that cleaning, disinfection, and temperature logs are completed timely and accurately. * · FIFO Implementation: Ensure "First In, First Out" system is applied for both freshness and financial loss prevention. * · Training: Instruct staff on hygienic handling practices to prevent contamination-related product loss. * **WE OFFER** Statutory Benefits Base Salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Staff Dining Service Licenses/Certifications: * Driver’s License (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
