General support to the design and product development department Job Description Creaciones DICSA is seeking a **Technical Design Management Specialist**, responsible for developing technical datasheets and product specifications, as well as coordinating information among design, production, and quality to ensure accurate style execution on the production floor. Job Objective To develop complete and accurate technical datasheets and manage the necessary technical information for proper garment development and production. Main Responsibilities * Development of technical datasheets for production * Review and validation of information across physical samples, sketches, and datasheets * Tracking of production orders in WIP * Development of specifications for cutting, sewing, printing, and quality * Review of labeling according to client requirements * Management of quality manuals, labeling guidelines, and brand standards * Coordination with design, pattern-making, production, and quality departments * Control and organization of technical files (historical records, versions, changes) * Tracking of technical datasheet delivery deadlines * General support to the design and product development department Requirements * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Garment Industry, or related field (preferred) * Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years in product development or technical design roles * Essential Knowledge: * Technical datasheet development * Textile product development * Fabric behavior * Production processes (cutting, sewing, printing) * Preferred: * Design software proficiency * Basic knowledge of labeling (regulations and client requirements) Profile * Analytical and organized * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Strong communication skills * Team-oriented * Proactive We Offer * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Career growth within the design department Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $7,347.82 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
