You will be the key player in guaranteeing the timely movement of cargo, cost optimization, and complete customer satisfaction in intermodal services. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of intermodal services, evaluating timelines, routes, and supplier performance. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and provide daily coaching to coordinators, assess their performance, and foster a positive work environment. * **Administration and Control:** Ensure correct invoice release and collaborate with Accounts Payable to guarantee timely payments to suppliers. * **Problem Resolution:** Address incidents in real time and manage critical situations to ensure service continuity. * **Analysis and Strategy:** Prepare performance reports, analyze trends, and propose proactive improvements to increase business profitability together with Management. **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering, International Trade and Business, Logistics, Customs, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of experience in regulations related to transportation, Waybills, basic accounting, ports, and customs. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in NOM 012, NOM 087, taxes, road and rail routes. * **Languages:** English at level **B2**. * **Systems:** Experience with operational platforms such as **OPUS**. **Skills and Competencies** * Inspirational leadership and ability to delegate tasks effectively. * Results-oriented mindset and strategic thinking. * Superior conflict resolution and effective communication skills. * Adaptability and focus on process innovation.
