Preparation of high-quality coffee beverages and cocktails **Bartender / Barista – Ardente Condesa** **Location:** Colonia Condesa, Ciudad de México **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Objective** Prepare and serve high-quality beverages (coffee shop and bar) while ensuring consistency, speed, and impeccable presentation—contributing to a holistic dining experience and increasing the average ticket value. **Responsibilities** * Prepare coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to quality standards. * Craft bar beverages (classic cocktails and house specialties). * Manage service timing to ensure efficiency during peak hours. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and stock levels at the bar and coffee station. * Perform daily mise en place (supplies, garnishes, syrups, glassware, etc.). * Accurately follow established recipes and portioning guidelines. * Recommend beverages to guests and support suggestive selling. * Monitor waste and ensure proper usage of supplies. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and brand image standards. * Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff for operational flow. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of coffee (espresso extraction, basic calibration) and mixology. * Speed, precision, and attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Professional appearance. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Basic/intermediate English (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Organization and cleanliness * Attention to detail and teamwork * Working under pressure * Proactivity and communication * Process consistency **We Offer** * Base salary + excellent tips * Continuous training * Career growth within the group * Excellent work environment Salary: $9,582.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Staff meal service Workplace: On-site employment
