We are seeking: KITCHEN ASSISTANT Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * Proactive. * Flexible availability for shift scheduling. Responsibilities: * Prepare food items under the chef’s supervision, following cost sheets (sub-recipes and recipes) and photo panels to ensure standardization of menu items. * Conduct daily temperature checks per shift, verifying the temperature of foods scheduled for service—selecting one cold item and one hot item—and recording results on the Distintivo H–approved form to guarantee food safety. * Record daily, using the Distintivo H–approved form, the temperatures of storage equipment and internal food items (refrigerator and freezer temperatures). * Pre-stage food production based on established cost sheets.
