Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Reporting Analyst with experience in data analysis and process improvement, capable of working with multiple information sources and proposing solutions. Position: Operational Reporting Analyst Salary: $28,000 gross monthly. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Saturday half-day. Modality: On-site. Location: Iztacalco Borough, CDMX. Main Responsibilities: -Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Administration, Systems, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines. -1 to 3 years of experience in roles related to reporting, operational analysis, data management, or process improvement. -Prior experience in operational teams, shared services, logistics, recruiting operations, customer service operations, or high-volume environments is a plus. Requirements: -Advanced Excel proficiency required (database handling, pivot tables, complex formulas, cross-referencing data, etc.) -Power Query / basic Excel automation. -Intermediate Power BI. -Intermediate SQL. -Experience working with multiple data sources and data cleaning. -Desirable experience generating recurring operational reports and basic dashboards.
