**Job Description** ------------------------- J&T Express, a leading logistics and courier company, is seeking a NETWORK MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Extract data from the system * Generate files and emails to instruct franchises/operations to dispatch packages or apply the appropriate handling * Supervise that packages for which data has already been entered are dispatched * Track correct evidence for incidents to enable returns processing * Handle Work Orders * Monitor correct deliveries * Enforce collection of proper delivery evidence to reduce penalties for false deliveries * Submit proper delivery evidence to justify requests for penalty waivers * Submit reports on undelivered Work Orders for corresponding billing * Daily closing reports * Coordinate with operations regarding waybills with no activity to ensure delivery or return * Generate return acknowledgments * Track return waybills until they exit our region * Supervise operations/franchises to ensure package returns * Generate reports to verify which waybills remain undelivered/returned, proactively avoiding potential non-delivery penalties * Address inter-regional requests concerning undelivered waybills and request operations to confirm availability for delivery/return management * Review backlog reports to identify unreported waybills and manage dispatches to routes/deliveries * Generate and submit reports to team leaders/management * Conduct periodic visits to various franchises for process audits and follow-up REQUIREMENTS: * Mandatory: At least three years’ experience as a supervisor in logistics operations, SPECIFICALLY in courier services * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency * ERP system experience * Flexible working hours * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in logistics or related field WE OFFER: * Base salary: $18,000 MXN per month, gross, paid biweekly * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers: $1,800 MXN * KPI bonus starting at $3,000 MXN per month Work location: Two blocks from Metrobús La Piedad
