Defect Lifecycle Management Define the defect management process (recording, triage, prioritization, closure) Ensure high-quality defect documentation Validate severity and priority 2\. Triage and Prioritization Lead triage sessions with technical and business teams Classify defects based on impact, urgency, and risk Make decisions on what to fix and when 3\. Analysis and Reporting Monitor metrics (defect density, leakage, reopen rate, etc.) Generate executive reports and dashboards Identify trends and problem areas 4\. Cross-team Coordination Collaborate with QA, development, product, and operations teams Ensure clear communication across teams Escalate risks and blockers 5\.
