DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Laser Welder** \*1 vacancy in 1st shift (from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) **\*** 1 vacancy in 2nd shift (from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday; initially, training lasts nearly one month on the 1st shift, followed by transfer to the 2nd shift). **General Information:** * This position offers a Weekly Net Salary ranging from: $2500 * Overtime pay is provided according to weekly hours worked. * Social security enrollment begins on the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-End Bonus) * Cafeteria service (Only for 1st shift) * Weekly payments via electronic transfer every Friday (the workweek starts on Thursday and ends on Wednesday, with payment issued each Friday). **Job Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar activities. * Certification in laser welding or advanced welding processes is desirable. * Experience welding metallic materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, or titanium. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and welding symbols. * Operation and programming of laser welding equipment (fiber optic, CO₂, or Nd:YAG). * Knowledge of welding parameters and thermal control. * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings and welding specifications. * Use of measurement and quality control instruments (caliper, micrometer, weld bead gauge). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for equipment. * Industrial safety standards and welding standards (AWS, ISO, EN). **Responsibilities:** * Operate and program laser welding equipment to join metal parts. * Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications. * Prepare materials and surfaces prior to the welding process. * Adjust laser power, speed, and focus parameters according to material type and thickness. * Verify weld quality through visual inspection and measurement using appropriate instruments. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of laser welding equipment. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements. * Document welding parameters and inspection results. * Report malfunctions, deviations, or preventive/corrective maintenance needs.
