Opportunity for professional growth Production Operator We are looking for a committed and responsible Production Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and supervising automated production equipment, ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for quality, food safety, workplace safety, and productivity. Main Responsibilities * Set up and operate automated production equipment according to established procedures and parameters. * Start, stop, and adjust machinery according to production process requirements. * Monitor production line operation to detect anomalies or deviations. * Visually inspect products during the process to ensure compliance with quality specifications. * Remove non-conforming products and report incidents to the Production Supervisor or Quality Department. * Collaborate with the Quality Department in sampling and reporting deviations in processes or products. * Maintain a clean, organized work area compliant with safety and hygiene standards. * Review and adjust machine operational parameters such as speed, temperature, and pressure. * Record production data, downtime, failures, and other operational indicators. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support general tasks on the production line as required. * Ensure timely, high-quality, and safe fulfillment of production plans. * Collaborate with maintenance and implementation of the Food Safety Management System. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed secondary school or technical high school. * Prior experience operating machinery or production lines (preferred). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and production processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Team-oriented attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail.
