**PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR** We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with proven experience in quantifying and analyzing volumes for Foundations, Civil Works, Masonry, Electrical Installations, Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Finishes, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of highly complex projects, the ability to extract precise measurements to support project budgeting, and knowledge of construction processes. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in material quantity takeoff for civil works. **Experience** * Preparation of bill of quantities * Quantity takeoff from drawings * Knowledge of applicable regulations * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Comprehensive knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, voice and data, and finishes drawings. * Knowledge of construction systems * Applicable structural regulations. **Responsibilities** · Quantify project materials. · Prepare bill of quantities based on drawings. · Obtain quotations from suppliers. · Collect extraordinary pricing information. · Analyze project drawings and documents to determine required material quantities and resources. · Prepare detailed work breakdown structures and cost estimates for construction project execution. · Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate work quantities aligned with established budgets. · Participate in project planning and progress meetings to provide cost and resource-related information.
