We invite you to join us as a Webflow Graphic Designer Developer in a hybrid or remote arrangement. **About Your Role:** You will be responsible for designing and maintaining internal visual products and web developments that reflect the company’s and brands’ identity, to create functional, attractive websites aligned with hospitality industry trends. **Why Us?** With us, you’ll have: * The opportunity to develop innovative and disruptive websites, integrations, and web graphic services. * Integration with multicultural teams, as well as operational and creative freedom. * Insight into a continuously growing and diversifying market. **What Can We Offer You?** We foster a flexible culture grounded in strong accountability, with the primary goal of attracting top-tier talent within an outstanding work environment. * **Compensation**: $28,000–$32,000 MXN net \+ 100% statutory benefits paid directly and nominally, performance bonuses * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 5+ years of experience in roles such as: **Webflow Web Designer**, **Webflow CMS Developer**, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Webflow Web Developer. * 1–2 years of experience with luxury brands (jewelry, fashion, automobiles, etc.), hospitality, or premium market segments (Channel, Gucci, Rolex, etc.). * 5+ years in logo design, brand identity and style guide development, and creation of graphic materials for digital platforms—including corporate stationery, banners, advertisements, and digital content (typography, fonts, Pantone, imagery, etc.). * Experience gathering requirements from various stakeholders, including functional and technical requirements and user stories. * 5 years in UX/UI design, using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch. Pixel-perfect execution: ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. * 4–5 years in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for extended capabilities. * 2–3 years working with Webflow CMS architecture (collections, fields), Webflow Interactions 2.0 (scroll, hover, states), and Client-First methodology (FinSweet).
