




Job Summary We’re looking for a READI Analyst with a strong interest in analytical chemistry and a passion for quality. In this role, you’ll collaborate with production sites and creative teams across the globe, supporting key processes and helping ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with R\&D and Quality Control (QC) teams, using advanced tools such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to deliver reliable results and comply with important regulations. Work modality: Hybrid Work site: IFF Tlalnepantla. Responsabilities* Evaluate the quality of raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods. * Ensure that all products delivered to customers meet required specifications, helping prevent risks, complaints, and additional costs. * Support QC labs in investigating internal and external product rejections. * Provide technical support to different locations when needed. * Perform Gas Chromatography analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, identifying deviations and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations * Review the correct application of manual changes, reformulations, or exceptions in finished goods to prevent any impact on OTP or other KPIs. * Determine the adjustments needed to turn non‑acceptable product lots into approved ones, reducing rejection costs and preventing customer complaints. * Interpret Mass Spectrometry results to detect allergens and phthalates in raw materials and fine fragrances, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Communicate results daily and interface with stakeholders from multiple locations, prioritizing requests according to operational needs. * Prepare GC documentation according to customer requirements. Skills* SAP knowledge is desirable. * 1–3 years of experience preferred — however, recent graduates or interns with the right technical background are also encouraged to apply. * Strong knowledge of Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (ideally 2 years). * Solid understanding of Organic Chemistry. * Intermediate to advanced English fluency. Education* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
