




**MAIN OBJECTIVES:** ENSURE THAT RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, TRAINING, AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESSES ARE PROPERLY CARRIED OUT TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED BY THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. UPDATE PAYROLL TEMPLATES FOR NEW HIRES, TERMINATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND STAFF TRANSFERS TO ENSURE THE PREPARATION OF REPORTS SENT TO CORPORATE. REVIEW AND ANALYZE PAYROLL INCIDENTS SUBMITTED BY ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISORS, AS WELL AS OVERSEE AND SEND INCIDENT INFORMATION TO CORPORATE FOR PAYROLL PROCESSING.
