





At **Hotel Radisson Cuernavaca** we are looking for a committed professional with an analytical focus and the ability to maintain accurate control over operational and administrative area costs and inventories. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (certified or intern). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Knowledge of COI or similar systems. * Ability to perform operational tasks (warehouse inspections, supplies verification, etc.). * **Flexible working hours** from Monday to Saturday according to the hotel’s operational needs, including availability to work weekends or holidays. * Results-oriented profile with initiative, commitment, and leadership capability in operational areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and supply costs. * Conduct physical and document-based inventory checks. * Prepare cost variance and shrinkage reports. * Assist in internal audits and warehouse transaction reconciliations. * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and kitchen departments. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Grocery vouchers. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
