Your mission will be to ensure that each team member masters the store’s operational standards, customer service protocols, and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct onboarding for new hires on organizational culture and store processes. * Train staff on point-of-sale (POS) systems, shrinkage management, and product facing. * Train personnel on customer service protocols and conflict resolution. * Evaluate post-training performance and identify areas for improvement.
