Job Profile: Front-End Loader Operator Operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently to perform material loading, hauling, excavation, and feeding tasks, ensuring compliance with the company’s established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Operate the front-end loader for loading and unloading materials (sand, gravel, soil, minerals, debris, etc.). Feed hoppers, crushers, or trucks as required by the process. Perform daily equipment inspection (fluid levels, tires, hydraulic system, lights, brakes). Report mechanical failures or maintenance requirements. Comply with industrial safety standards and PPE usage. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Assist in maneuvers and coordination with other operators. Requirements Minimum education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). Experience: 2 years as a front-end loader operator or similar heavy machinery operator. Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. Flexible availability for shift schedules. Technical Knowledge Safe operation of heavy machinery. Material loading and unloading techniques.
