Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management professional to coordinate audits, ensure CSR implementation, and deploy changes to the quality system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and follow-up of internal and external audits. 2. Implementation of action plans for systemic failures. 3. Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!* Follow-up on the execution of both internal and external audits, in accordance with the annual audit program. * Implementation of action plans for systemic failures identified during audits. * Ensuring the implementation and deployment of CSR requirements. * Updating affected procedures resulting from changes in specific customer and/or global requirements (Viflow). * Providing support for coordinating the management review with the plant. * Internal auditor for conducting internal and customer audits. * Performing system analysis for weak processes identified during audits. * Coordinating responses and evidence submission for corrective actions arising from nonconformities in internal and external audits. * Consulting portals and preparing presentations for customer scorecards. * Supporting the deployment of quality system changes originating from Global and Regional Quality. * Responsible for uploading and maintaining related information in customer portals as well as Benteler’s portals. * Executing control and updating of quality management system documentation. * Coordinating quality management system training, inductions, and SGC-specific training. * Verifying the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. * Supporting and following up on third-party audits. \- Supporting and following up on second-party audits. \- Supporting preparation and follow-up of the system and audit processes (Global Management System). * Preparing, conducting, and following up on customer-specific audits. * Preparing, conducting, and following up on CQI audits. * Conducting and supporting internal IATF 16949 audits. \- Conducting and supporting internal VDA 6\.3 audits and process audits in project management within manufacturing processes. \- Knowledge of IATF rules and their application. * Adherence to and application of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, including ISO 19011\. * Adherence to and application of the Management System (manual, policy, process flow, documents, BENTELER standards, process turtles, etc.), including B\-Search and SAP BI Reports. * Knowledge of Product Development Processes (PDP) (for system auditors auditing the development process—for example, in the business unit—the target profile must be defined as expert), including knowledge of Gate Review and Project Management in SAP JPA. * Knowledge of operations and processes to be audited, including process risk analysis (e.g., P\-FMEA) and control plans. * Tracking and monitoring COMPASS (Quality Chapters) implementation. * Management of the inactive file archive. **Your contact** Francisco Melendez Cruz BENTELER Human Resources Phone: \+52 222 223\-2077 ### **BENEFITS**
