Conflict resolution and revenue control **Funeral services company seeks a Supervisor with specific experience in collections** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field, or General Engineering. * Age: 27 to 45 years old * Motorcycle license; ability to drive manual transmission * Experience in collections and similar positions * Knowledge of sales and negotiation \* * **Responsibilities:** * Management of subordinate personnel (collectors) * Oversight and logistics coordination for subordinate personnel * Cash revenue control within assigned zone * Ability to develop KPIs for collections * Supervise and track accounts receivable, customers, members, employees, and others * Establish collection goals and objectives * Proficiency in collection software (registration of 10,000 members) * Daily review of team collection performance * Resolution of customer conflicts General Information and Compensation 100% on-site work Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Sick days * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
