We are looking for a Project Administrator who ensures the successful delivery of strategic initiatives—on time, within budget, and to quality standards—while efficiently managing resources, tasks, and schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** · Coordinate tracking and delivery of financial technology projects for banking operations. · Real-time monitoring via project management tools. · Project documentation management. · Track development and deployment of bank-focused financial regulatory reports. · Manage external vendors: sourcing, quotation, requirement clarification sessions, contracting, documentation, and execution of development or acquired services. · Coordinate the assigned project backlog and execute projects according to assigned prioritization. · Coordinate involved users during project execution. · Elicit and document functional financial and technical requirements across involved areas. · Identify compliance or schedule risks in projects and propose mitigation measures. · Serve as the direct liaison with other project office members, functional owners, vendors, internal development teams, management, and involved users. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field * Project administration, budget control, agile methodology management, change control, and risk analysis * Knowledge of data governance tools and experience with **regulatory or operational reporting projects and financial projects (ideally banking)** * Experience working with **technical areas (infrastructure, data, development)** and **compliance/regulation** * Ability to structure work plans, track dependencies, identify risks, and manage deliverables * PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred **Offer:** Competitive gross salary Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits Are you ready to lead transformative projects? **Apply now and join a team driving technological innovation in the financial sector!**!
