




Job Summary: Support the development of systems, provide user service, validate information security, and administer the company's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the development of computer systems 2. Technical service and advisory to users 3. Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure 1. Support the development of computer systems required for managing various departments. 2. Provide service to company users (technical advisory, equipment and software management). 3. Validate regulations applicable to information security. 4. Maintain all company systems in operational condition through third-party vendors. 5. Support staff training and development. 6. Handle sensitive company information and ensure non-disclosure. 7. Prepare computing devices (laptops, PCs, and mobiles) for users. 8. Create users in Active Directory. 9. Request Office 365 license activations. 10. Resolve company IT incidents. 11. Perform preventive maintenance on computing devices. 12. Administer network controls (cabling, segmentation, and security). 13. Add devices to inventory. 14. Administer physical access control via software. 15. Administer backups via software. 16. Provide test environments for development. 17. Conduct business continuity drills. 18. Identify redundancy alternatives for business operations. 19.
