Training and development aligned with standards **Internal Process Auditor** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Design, implement, and optimize quality processes within the automotive dealership, ensuring compliance with regulations, automotive brand standards, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting internal process audits, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring continuous improvement across all operational areas. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Quality Management System* * Design, document, and maintain up-to-date procedures. * Implement and optimize operational processes aligned with automotive brand standards. * Continuously disseminate documentation to all dealership departments. * Manage document and record control for the quality management system. *Internal Audit* * Plan and conduct periodic internal audits of dealership processes. * Identify nonconformities, opportunities for improvement, and risk areas. * Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans. * Verify compliance with automotive brand standards. *Performance Indicator Monitoring* * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) established by the brand and management. * Analyze results, detect trends, and propose improvement actions. * Present periodic performance reports to management and involved departments. **PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:** *Academic Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field (degree holder or advanced candidate). *Experience* * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, internal auditing, or similar roles. * Experience in the automotive sector or vehicle dealerships (preferred). * Knowledge and application of QMS, ISO 9001 standards or equivalent automotive brand standards. *Technical Competencies* * Proficiency in developing and controlling quality documents (procedures, work instructions, forms). * Ability to design and implement continuous improvement processes. * Familiarity with quality tools: 5S, Kaizen, cause-and-effect diagrams, among others. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. *Skills and Competencies* * Results-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility. * Excellent oral and written communication skills for training and presenting results. * Analytical capability to interpret indicators and detect deviations. * Teamwork, leadership, and change management skills. * Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive monthly salary: $10,000 – $13,000 MXN gross (based on profile and experience). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * Professional work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Training and development aligned with automotive brand standards. * Job stability within a solid company in the sector.
