We are thrilled at the opportunity to work with you and delighted that you wish to join a team of talented individuals who together can transform how the world communicates. *Please refer to the *Privacy Notice for Mexico* for important information regarding personal data and electronic communications.* Req ID: 74864 **Description** --------------- **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Essential Functions/Responsibilities:** * Research and implementation of new technology, new processes, roadmaps, NPI for die processing services * Monitor and improve throughput, quality, yield, and uptime of wafer plating equipment/processes. * Continuous improvement * Update and maintain documentation for all new NTI\-NPI technology * Facilitate necessary experiments (DOE format) to troubleshoot quality issues. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Education: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical or Industrial Engineering * Job experience or other technical/engineering education may substitute for educational preferences. Required Skills: * 1\+ years of hands\-on experience with die processing services (die mechanical sawing / laser process (stealth \-plasma dicing) / back grinding, Tape \& reel die Automatic optical inspection) for GaAs, Si die, etc. * Understanding of die processing equipment and processes. * Troubleshooting, analytical and problem\-solving skills, and fundamental understanding of process control * Ability to analyze statistical data; familiarity with software such as JMP is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple engineering groups and customers. * English level \>85% * Able to travel immediately **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Desired Skills and Experience: * 5\+ years of experience in die processing services * 2\+ years of production operations experience, particularly in high volume manufacturing. * Ability to apply fundamental theories in real engineering problem solving.
