




* Due within the week * **Presentation and hygiene:** Report clean and wearing the **complete uniform** as per company policies. * **Service support:** **Assist with opening, setup, and operation** of the breakfast line. * **Basic production:** Assist in the **preparation of stews and assigned foods** by the chef or responsible cook. * **Food handling:** Keep ingredients and stews **clean, covered, dated, and properly stored**. * **Area cleaning:** Keep **work tables and service area** always clean and organized. * **Staff support:** Assist in **food distribution to staff** when instructed. * **Equipment cleaning:** Wash and keep **griddle, grills, deep fryer, trays, and utensils** clean according to assigned role. * **General cleaning:** Keep **refrigerators, shelves, trash bins, and hood (exterior only)** clean. * **Shift closing:** Leave your **work area completely clean** at the end of the shift. * **Instruction compliance:** Follow at all times the **instructions of the Chef or kitchen supervisor**. * **Quality control:** Report any **spoiled food or protein**. * **Preparatory tasks:** Assist in the **preparation and portioning** of ingredients for service Position type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
