Job Summary: Coordinate and execute overdue portfolio recovery, design collection plans, and ensure achievement of targets to maintain a healthy credit portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overdue portfolio recovery and maintenance of a healthy portfolio 2. Design and implementation of contingent collection plans 3. Supervision and achievement of risk portfolio targets We are seeking a Collection and Supervision Manager for FINANCIERA SUMATE. The candidate will collaborate with branches to recover the institution's overdue portfolio and coordinate necessary actions while providing appropriate recommendations to maintain a healthy and high-quality credit portfolio across Financiera Súmate branches. Main Responsibilities: 1. Directly manage collections with branch staff support, primarily through home visits, supplemented by telephone calls as needed, to recover loans in the shortest possible time. 2. Design and implement contingent collection plans jointly with the Extrajudicial Recovery Coordinator. 3. Review, monitor, and ensure achievement of assigned risk and overdue portfolio targets. 4. Ensure debtor agreements are fulfilled timely and properly, and that such agreements are executed with required formality and rigor. 5. Perform all functions inherent to this area of responsibility. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Age: Minimum 23 years, maximum 45 years (preferred). Gender: Unrestricted. Marital Status: Unrestricted. Salary plus commissions. Position Type: Full-time. Salary: Starting at $9,450.00 per month.
