Customer Experience Supervisor
This position is responsible for leading and developing our customer experience team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across all customer touchpoints and after-sales support. The role is essential in fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence. It is responsible for retaining skilled and trained personnel within the team, ensuring that all efforts to meet customer needs strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics, Safety Standards, Lubrizol’s values, and a firm commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION Lead and develop a team of customer experience representatives by establishing clear goals and expectations. Drive continuous process and capability improvements in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (COE); identify and implement enhancements aligned with process maturity objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with internal and global guidelines. Coordinate, monitor, and track all customer orders, deliveries, and invoices to maintain established customer service standards. Support special projects and initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience. Provide guidance to team members to meet business objectives, including coaching, training, and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and engagement. Ensure adherence to the Month-End Closing Policy and maintain effective internal controls to guarantee the accuracy of order management transactions. Support the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) processes by preparing and presenting requested Customer Experience KPIs, escalation topics, and key data to facilitate informed actions and decisions. Ensure compliance with service standards, the code of ethics, policies, and procedures through regular audits and coaching.

Laboratory Coordinator
The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring follow-up, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as associated necessary activities—are conducted on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Appropriately employ and/or manage the human, material, and financial resources available to the Quality Control laboratory. Ensure that product, material, and raw material analyses are performed on time and correctly, in compliance with scheduling requirements, regulations, and internal procedures. Verify analytical results, ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support to analysts for resolving physicochemical issues. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards. Conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet departmental performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a physical, physicochemical, or chemical Quality Control laboratory, performing laboratory analysis, problem resolution, and leadership duties. Full Job Description The Position Monitor warehouse operations in a timely manner to ensure service delivery to internal and external customers, fully complying with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as reflected in local and corporate guidelines and applicable national and international regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Properly utilize and/or manage the material and financial resources available to the Central Warehouse. Comply with and verify compliance with procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Warehousing, Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to assigned activities. Attend training sessions related to responsibilities and duties, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety, and Hygiene. Follow up on corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, audit observations, and change control activities. Participate in the development and/or updating of procedures related to assigned activities. Support external and internal audits of the area. Support training and qualification of personnel.
