**Responsibilities.** * Follow up on the ***Incident Reports*** delivered daily by the Restaurant Captains of the shift. * Monitor attendance and punctuality of department staff. * Verify that supervision activities are carried out regarding staff appearance, uniformity, identification, and cleanliness of department staff. * Supervise consumption area facilities, verifying proper equipment operation, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. * Verify that department operations maintain the highest quality standards, as well as those established by the hotel for the Food and Beverage department. * Supervise the condition of storerooms and warehouses across various areas. * Personally handle opportunities involving customers dissatisfied with Food and Beverage service. * Collaborate in the selection, hiring, and promotion of staff in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager. * Verify that necessary requisitions are made to ensure smooth operations. * Support and coordinate programs for events and activities related to Food and Beverage service. * Supervise monthly department inventories. * Support the training and development of Food and Beverage staff. * Participate in coordinating semi-annual performance evaluations of team members, performing tasks assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. * Decision-making, staff development, organization, teamwork, delegation ability. * Service: Customer orientation, attention to detail, concern for order and quality. * Productive: Control, efficiency, ability to work under pressure. * **Knowledge:** * Food and Beverage service. * Food and Beverage Hygienic Handling Program, AAA Five Diamond Quality Standards, departmental procedures. * Microsoft Office proficiency.
