We are seeking talent to fill the vacancy for **Public Relations Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field. * Basic knowledge of English. * Service-oriented attitude. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position within the hospital, hospitality, or banking industry. (Mandatory) * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Good planning and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct floor visits to identify patients' needs, suggestions, or complaints and provide timely solutions. * Administer patient satisfaction surveys to all discharged patients to detect potential issues and improve service quality. * Implement improvements in internal corporate communication systems. * Develop advertising projects. * Manage and follow up on complaints, inquiries, or comments received via social media platforms and websites.
