As a **Land Operations Executive**, your mission is to coordinate operations while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction in accordance with TIBA’s established processes. Responsibilities: * Assign transport units according to customer requests. * Monitor and update shipment status. * Ensure receipt and validation of carrier invoices. * Invoice land transportation services through our system. * Open and manage case files. Ideal candidate: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and land transportation coordination within freight forwarding companies. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Skills in teamwork, conflict resolution, communication, service orientation, results orientation, and initiative.
