




Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant responsible for developing platforms, back-office systems, and business process automation. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for: **Digital Transformation Consultant (Redemy).** **Objective:** You will be responsible for platform development, back-office systems, and business and branch office process automation through the implementation of tools and digital technologies. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Request and prepare estimated investment amounts for point-of-contact closure. * Monitor PDC curtain closure and coordinate with all departments involved in the closure process. * Timely coordinate service cancellations and lease contract terminations to avoid unforeseen expenses during branch closures. * Execute, coordinate, and monitor ongoing closures and generate progress reports for PDV closures. * Generate a risk matrix for branches with overdue timelines or uncompleted activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Information Technology. * Experience as a systems coordinator. * Information analysis, application implementation and integration. * Business Analyst, Project Manager. * Redemy Smart Reporting. * Technical support and solutions. * Prior work experience in the Financial or Internal Audit sectors is highly desirable. * Database control and usage. * Advanced English proficiency. **What qualities would we like to see in you?** * Accustomed to making decisions. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * (Desirable) Experience using Redemy. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Benefits: Vacation days per local law, vacation bonus, year-end bonus. * Life insurance. * Working Conditions: Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (on-site, with flexibility required for project development alongside the team). * Training and personal skill development plan. * Discounts on products and services, access to credit cards, preferential-rate loans, and other financial benefits. * Access to healthcare services, wellness programs, and promotions for you and your family. **Join our team and become part of a company that values your talent and professional growth!**
