What are we looking for? Role Objective Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable native Android mobile applications, participating in architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and providing technical mentoring within the team. Key Responsibilities * Development of complex features in Android banking apps. * Participation in defining and improving architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture). * Implementation of unit, instrumented, and UI tests. * Code reviews and adherence to standards. * Performance and security optimization (encryption, JWT, HTTPS, OWASP). * Backend integration (REST APIs). * Publishing and version management on Google Play Store. * Mentoring junior developers. * Active participation in Scrum/Kanban. * Production incident resolution. Essential Technical Requirements Experience * 5–7 years developing for Android. * 3–5 years working in agile teams. * Experience with large-scale, high-traffic applications. * Experience in the financial sector (minimum 3 years). Technology * Advanced Kotlin (coroutines, lambdas, null safety, data/sealed classes). * Advanced Java and Kotlin/Java interoperability. * MVVM and Clean Architecture. * Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager). * REST API consumption (Retrofit, OkHttp). * Concurrency (Coroutines / RxJava). * Local persistence (Room / SQLite). * Mobile security (encryption, JWT, OWASP). * CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitrise). * Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Espresso. * Dagger/Hilt (dependency injection). * Publishing on Google Play Store.
