This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals who wish to make their mark on key infrastructure projects and lead in the field of electrical engineering. ### **About the Position:** We are seeking a Catenary Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience, preferably in similar projects, to assume construction supervision roles. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of catenary and trolleybus systems, as well as strong capabilities in team management and ensuring successful project execution. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of catenary systems for the trolleybus project. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and technical regulatory standards throughout all project phases. * Manage and lead fieldwork teams, providing technical direction and ensuring operational efficiency. * Conduct regular inspections of catenary infrastructure, identifying and resolving potential issues or deviations. * Collaborate closely with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project integration and success. * Prepare detailed technical reports on construction progress, incidents, and recommendations. * Participate in the planning and execution of system testing and commissioning. * Contribute to optimizing construction processes and continuously improving catenary systems. ### **Position Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with specific focus on catenary and/or trolleybus systems. * Demonstrable experience in construction supervision and team management for infrastructure projects. * In-depth knowledge of regulations and technical standards for electric traction systems. * Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work in Ixtapaluca and travel as required by the project. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to quality and safety. ### **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):** * Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or specialization in transportation systems. * Familiarity with electrical design and simulation software tools. * Experience in managing project budgets and schedules. * Relevant certifications in industrial safety or project management.
