A warehouse manager is responsible for supervising all warehouse operations—from goods receipt to product shipment. This includes staff management, implementation of safety procedures, cost control, and process optimization. Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of the latest technologies are highly valued. Job Objective Manage and supervise order picking and handling to ensure full fulfillment of orders and accurate system updates, Achieve inventory accuracy to meet forecast requirements. Control unit dispatch to ensure timely and proper outbound shipments. Main Responsibilities Review order reports Plan staffing and equipment allocation, as well as warehouse reorganization. Daily verification of on-hand inventory volume and generation of occupancy reports, including reconciliation with the inventory management system. Purchase Order (PO) submission Conduct cyclic, monthly, and annual inventory controls. Knowledge and Skills Warehouse operations (FIFO) Inventory management (knowledge of cyclic inventory execution) and audits (basic ISO knowledge) Proficiency in warehouse management systems (desirable) Knowledge of regulations applicable to consumer goods. Experience Minimum four years of experience in similar roles. We require experience in warehousing, inventory control, and audit processes—ideally within commercial chain CEDIS or companies handling perishable goods with high turnover and wide product distribution.
