**JOSÉ MARÍA MORELOS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE** Due to expansion, we are seeking a **Spanish teacher for secondary school level**. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, planning, and evaluating academic content of the subject, promoting reading comprehension, oral and written expression, as well as critical and creative thinking among students. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Language and Literature, Letters, Education with specialization in Spanish**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a secondary school teacher** (preferred). * Up-to-date knowledge of **educational curricula and new teaching methodologies for language and literature**. * Ability to work with student groups and foster a **positive learning environment**. * Proficiency in educational technology tools (preferred). * Commitment to students’ holistic development and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Planning and delivery of Spanish classes**, aligned with the current curriculum. * Designing activities that strengthen **reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and text writing**. * **Ongoing assessment** of student learning using diverse instruments. * Supporting students’ academic guidance and development. * Promoting values such as **respect, responsibility, and critical thinking** among students. * Participation in pedagogical meetings and extracurricular activities. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * Shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) **Work Location:** On-site employment **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 – $10,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
