Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, or related field (degree holder or intern). * **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in school recruitment (mandatory).** * Experience in teacher recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. * Basic application and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Experience in **hiring processes and file integration**. * Handling of employment documentation and administrative control. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency** (databases, filters, tables, vacancy tracking). * High level of organization, follow-up, and control. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities * Posting teaching vacancies on various platforms. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Administration of psychometric assessments. * Verification of professional references. * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts. * Integration and control of physical and digital files. * Support in administrative tasks specific to the Human Resources department. * Updating and maintaining Excel databases.
