The company’s objective is growth and stability that enables employees to achieve personal goals, always backed by the security of stable employment. **Objective:** To plan, schedule, and monitor textile production orders, ensuring efficient use of resources (machinery, materials, and labor) to meet established delivery deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Analyze installed capacity of machinery and personnel. * Prioritize production orders based on delivery dates. * Monitor production progress across each process (weaving, dyeing, finishing, sewing, etc.). * Identify deviations in production timelines or volumes. * Adjust production schedules according to operational needs. * Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments regarding raw material availability. * Maintain quality focus to ensure compliance with standards. * Communicate regularly with sales or planning teams regarding delivery deadlines. * Seek continuous improvement in production line efficiency. * Reduce downtime and bottlenecks. * Analyze productivity metrics. **5. Job Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree. * 2–4 years of experience in production planning or scheduling. * Experience in the textile industry (preferred). * Production planning and control. * Textile processes (weaving, dyeing, finishing, or sewing). * ERP or production system proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure * Analytical thinking Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 – $2,400.00 per week Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
