Join our team and become part of an institution experiencing continuous growth! **Position Objective** To provide comprehensive technical support, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, networks, and computer systems. Participate in the continuous improvement of the institution’s technological platforms and digital processes. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and institutional access. * Configure, maintain, and repair computing equipment and peripherals. * Administer local networks, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and data backups. * Install, update, and optimize operating systems and software applications. * Provide support and guidance for educational platforms and internal management systems. * Monitor, log, and periodically report incidents, maintenance activities, and applied solutions. * Participate in the continuous improvement of technological processes and information security. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (preferred but not mandatory). * Knowledge of networking, cabling, office productivity software, antivirus tools, and fault diagnosis. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and user-focused attention. * Proactivity, results orientation, and service-minded attitude. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Training and opportunities for professional growth.
