VACANCY: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Position Objective: Provide operational and commercial support to the store manager, ensuring achievement of sales targets, inventory control, staff supervision, and an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support the manager in the store’s daily operations.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Monitor progress toward sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Analyze KPIs such as average transaction value, foot traffic, and product turnover.
• Apply sales methodologies and commercial strategies.
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise cash register reconciliations and operational handling.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandise organization, and display.
• Ensure excellent customer service and attention.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar retail positions.
• Experience managing personnel and achieving performance targets.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Results-oriented mindset and operational leadership.
Schedules: Rotating shifts, including a 1-hour lunch and break on weekdays:
• 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
• 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm
