




SAME Hospital is seeking a psychologist to fill the Customer Service Executive position, who can deliver an **exceptional, human, and personalized hospital experience** to each patient and their family—from admission through discharge—through warm, efficient, and professional care that fosters **trust and loyalty**. Serve as the **direct liaison** between patients and medical, administrative, and operational departments, ensuring continuous guidance, appropriate service referral, timely resolution of inquiries, and ongoing support throughout the entire hospital stay. Ethically and clearly promote **hospital services and packages**, safeguarding confidentiality and aligning with institutional values of quality, warmth, dignified treatment, and transparency. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients and their companions throughout their hospital stay. Serve as the primary contact point for guidance, follow-up, and service coordination. Maintain constant coordination with medical, administrative, and operational departments. Actively participate in the **Patient Experience** strategy. Identify opportunities for improvement and document incidents. Administer patient satisfaction surveys and exit interviews. Contribute to commercial objectives by providing ethical counseling and promotion of hospital services. Comply with quality, service, confidentiality, and healthcare regulatory standards.
