Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to collect, analyze, and interpret social media data, generating strategic executive reports with actionable insights. Key Highlights: 1. Education Level: Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, Political Science, Systems, or related field). Technical profiles with hands-on social media experience are also considered. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday**, 9am \- 6pm, with one on-call shift per month (on-call shifts can be performed remotely). **Required Experience:** 6 months to 2 years managing social media accounts. **Schedule Availability:** Full-time. **Age:** 22 \- 32 years (non-restrictive). Travel Availability: Yes. English Proficiency (%) Required: Basic. **Computer Software Proficiency:** Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; PowerPoint presentations (basic level); basic cloud storage usage (Drive / Dropbox). Other Language Proficiency (%) Required: N/A. **Specialized Software Knowledge:** Social media management platforms. **Gender:** Unrestricted. **Additional Knowledge:** Social media platform operations (FB, X, TikTok, IG, YT); digital interaction logic; basic understanding of Mexico’s political and social context. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Collect data from various sources (automated or manual) to feed reports, studies, or dashboards. 2\. Conduct comprehensive analysis: \- Quantitative data (trends, volumes, evolution). \- Qualitative conversation analysis (tone, topics, attacks, findings). 3\. Interpret and synthesize findings to transform them into relevant insights. 4\. Visualize information using charts, dashboards, or institutional visual templates. 5\. Develop executive reports (weekly, biweekly, situational) with clarity, narrative, and strategic focus. **Additional Activities:** \- Propose improvements to report templates, charts, and report structure. \- Conduct situational monitoring and analysis of emerging discourses. **Skills/Competencies:** \- High level of organization and task management. \- Attention to detail. \- Operational discipline. \- Ability to follow strict processes and guidelines. \- Logical thinking applied to digital environments. \- Discretion and handling of sensitive information. \- Ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality. **Tools/Equipment Used (work is performed using your own equipment):** \- Computer and multi-user browsing. \- Social media management platforms. \- Databases of digital accounts. \- Client files and evidence (screenshots, reports).
