Act as the liaison point between internal IT areas and end users to manage and administer business-area-requested requirements/maintenance activities, executed by the Legacy Channels AO teams, while ensuring compliance with established metrics and SLAs. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in this role, for which you will be responsible for: * Developing strong negotiation skills to reach agreements between Business and Technology areas regarding acceptance and execution of work plans for Projects, Maintenance Activities, Problem Tickets, and Incidents managed by the Legacy Channels AO area. * Applying analytical thinking jointly with teams to identify and analyze production issues in order to determine root causes, enabling effective backlog control for Incidents together with FSWs. * Establishing clear communication channels to supervise development vendors and ensure solution delivery, verifying and confirming timeliness, adherence to specifications, and quality of solutions. * Coordinating and managing relationships among user areas, development, infrastructure, security, and internal audit to address business requirements. * Ensuring timely delivery of value, as well as compliance with SLAs for maintenance activities, problem tickets, and incidents, while guaranteeing effective and efficient utilization of committed capacities across all requirements. * Participating in business meetings as representative of Legacy Channels AO, preparing executive presentations to support follow-up committees such as the Macro Cell, Weekly Session, and NPS. * Proactive with a sense of urgency * Developing innovation skills. **Requirements:** * **Professional Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related fields. * **Years of Experience:** 2.5 years of experience * **Areas of Experience:** Banking, Systems Development, Team Management, and Object-Oriented Programming. * **Required Knowledge** + Project and Resource Management. + Knowledge of IT Technology Processes and ITIL methodology + Basic knowledge of Oracle \-SQL, Java, .Net, HTTP/HTML, XML + Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Load Balancers, TCP/IP, MQ + Basic knowledge of Databases, WAF, WINDOWS + Object-Oriented Programming. * **Languages:** Technical English * **Willingness to Travel:** Not required for this position * **Willingness to Relocate:** CDMX At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
