Responsibilities: * Oversee the nationwide rollout of Integrated Services. * Provide continuous advisory support to staff on operational, administrative, and surgical procedures. * Collaborate with the Warehouse Department to supervise inventories, purchases, and conduct monthly and quarterly material forecasting. * Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s product lines and medical specialties to identify and communicate hospital and physician requirements. * Manage inventory and maintenance of medical equipment in coordination with the relevant committee. * Monitor and support assigned Integrated Services. * Identify and report non-conforming outputs within Integrated Services. * Manage scheduling of specialized surgical procedures. * Deliver ongoing education to users regarding equipment and consumables. * Represent the company at trade shows and conferences. * Support technical proposal development for tenders and awards.
