Lead and supervise the corporate-level accounts payable department, ensuring timely fulfillment of financial obligations with suppliers, compliance with current tax regulations, and optimization of cash flow across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule payments according to due dates. * Ensure tax compliance (CFDI, payment complements, withholdings, SAT requirements) * Manage and forecast cash flow jointly with treasury. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Reconcile and clean up account balances. * Safeguard budgets for various zones. * Prepare expense reports for different business units. * Operate electronic banking (mandatory experience) * Prepare bank layout files. * Reconcile balances related to waste purchases with potential supplier clients. Required Profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience * Experience in corporate environments with multiple cost centers (industrial sector preferred) * Age: 25–40 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Proficiency in Contpaq system (mandatory) * Experience using online banking portals (mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills (technical tests will be administered) We Offer: * Net monthly salary of 15,000 * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 (after probation period: two Saturdays off per month) WORK LOCATION IS IN THE NORTH ZONE NEAR ANTORCHA; CANDIDATES MUST HAVE NO OBJECTION TO TRAVELING TO THIS WORK LOCATION.
