Job Summary: We are seeking a video editor with a narrative vision, proficiency in generative AI tools, and the ability to lead projects from pre-production through final delivery, contributing a distinct aesthetic perspective. Full participation in video projects (from pre- to post-production) **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** An editor who does more than cut clips — someone who thinks narratively from the outset. Someone who understands that both a 15-second ad and a 30-minute documentary share the same central challenge: What story are you telling, and why should someone keep watching? **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Support video projects from pre-production (structure, technical script, shoot planning) through final delivery. – Edit content for social media and digital ads with narrative and visual discernment. – Seamlessly and creatively integrate generative AI tools into the workflow. – Collaborate with the creative team on developing concepts and formats. **REQUIREMENTS** – Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. – Proven experience editing for social media and digital ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). – Keen eye for storytelling: pacing, tension, resolution. – In-depth knowledge of AI-powered video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, or equivalents). – Ability to craft effective prompts — thoughtfully, not blindly. – Capacity to conceptualize an entire project: pre-, production, and post. **DESIRED** *Writing skills: scripts, concepts, copy.
