Development of skills such as leadership, analysis, and teamwork. *Abyplastic seeks a Technical Support Specialist for the plastic industry in Anahuac \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México* A leading company in the flexible packaging materials sector, expanding its operations, is looking for a professional for its technical department. Job Objective: Ensure timely handling of AAA accounts including notifications and follow-ups, and address opportunities for improvement. Functions and Responsibilities: \* Ensure continuity in meeting customer requirements. \* Organize and schedule requests. \* Verify that scheduled tasks are completed on time and correctly prior to shipment. \* Understand and master the manufacturing process to effectively resolve product application issues. \* Understand and master the characteristics and properties of raw materials as part of technical support, enabling efficient responses to reported issues. \* Knowledge and mastery of KPIs and measurements to facilitate smoother adaptation to the process.
